The most common problem with any DPF is that it needs cleaning as black carbon deposits build up inside the filter causing lack or performance or running problems. But in some cases the DPF may have a faulty component.

Using the latest equipment, our technicians will quickly diagnose the problem, allowing us to fix it in the most cost-effective way. We have various common components in stock and can quickly resolve most issues. In most cases a DPF clean is all that is required.

Once we remove the DPF, we clean it on a machine using high pressure water and a cleaning fluid. Then we put a protector through. This way of cleaning the DPF is more effective than other traditional in situ cleans.
